The NASSCOM Women in Tech Awards 2025 are set to honor exceptional contributions by women and allies in India’s technology sector. Award Categories:
- Innovators: Breakers of the Glass CeilingThis category celebrates women who have revolutionized the tech landscape with groundbreaking products, solutions, or innovations. It recognizes those who have developed game-changing technologies, showcasing their impact on the industry.
- Leaders: Inclusion ChampionsThis award honors leaders, including male allies, who have gone above and beyond to help women create a tangible impact in the tech ecosystem. It acknowledges visionary individuals who have fostered diversity and inclusion within their teams or organizations.
- Catalysts: The Most Inclusive OrganizationsThis category recognizes organizations that have propelled women in tech to new heights through effective diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. It highlights companies committed to creating an inclusive environment that supports and celebrates women’s contributions in technology.
Eligibility and Participation:
- All technology and non-technology companies headquartered in India or multinational corporations with offices in India are eligible to apply.
- Applications must be submitted by organizations; individual nominations are not accepted.
- Each organization can submit up to two nominations per category.
- The awards are open to both NASSCOM members and non-members, with no participation fee.
Application Process:
- Survey Form: Complete the online survey form provided by NASSCOM.
- Case Study Submission: Fill out the case study template with detailed information about the nominee’s contributions and achievements.
- Submission: Submit the completed survey form and case study by the specified deadline.
The nomination is considered complete only after both the online form and the case study are submitted.
